Minerva Innovation Group founder Adam Pearce has received a prestigious Great British Entrepreneur Award and the company is shortlisted at The Herald Scottish Family Business Awards, taking place this Wednesday in Glasgow.

The Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2025 are widely considered the most significant individual business awards in the United Kingdom. Previous winners include Dragons’ Den entrepreneurs Sara Davies and Steven Bartlett, who described the event as the “Grammys of entrepreneurship” for its celebration of founders who drive innovation and economic impact across the UK.

Adam was named Scotland's Scale Up Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 and his achievement was also featured in The Herald and Scottish Financial News.

Since launching during the pandemic, Minerva Innovation Group has grown significantly year on year, increasing turnover by more than 200 percent since 2021 and expanding internationally with recent investment into Ireland. Earlier this year, Adam’s contribution to Scotland’s business community was formally acknowledged through a Parliamentary Motion of Recognition.

As we celebrate this milestone, we are also looking ahead to The Herald Scottish Family Business Awards on Wednesday (26 November).

Minerva Innovation Group is honoured to have been shortlisted in three categories, each recognising a different strength within Scotland’s family business community:

Customer Service Excellence for companies that have excelled in the provision of customer service as an integral part of its business. Judges look for clear evidence of how this commitment has been achieved and how it has contributed to the development and success of the organisation.

Fastest Growing Family Business which celebrates firms that have achieved sustained expansion over recent years, even in one of the toughest economic climates in decades. Growth may be demonstrated through increased turnover and profit, a rise in employee numbers, or expansion into new markets.

Scottish Family Business of the Year which recognises a Scotland based family business that has enjoyed outstanding success within its sector. At Minerva Innovation Group, we focus on delivering clear, expert support that helps clients navigate Research and Development funding with confidence.

These recent recognitions mark an important moment for Minerva Innovation Group and reflect our ongoing commitment to supporting SME innovation and growth across the UK.
